Title: AI Orchestrator/Backend Engineer

Location: Baner, Pune(On-site)

Budget: Open to discuss based on last CTC and Skills present in profile

Key responsibilities:

Implement API layer and orchestration logic (Python or ) to receive chat requests and coordinate helper components.

Use Neo4j driver to generate, validate, and execute graph queries (Cypher), including query safety/guardrails.

Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (prompting, RAG retrieval, few-shot patterns) and any helper agents (retrievers, summarizers).

Design and manage AI agent workflows - coordinating multiple specialized agents

Implement security, input sanitization, rate limiting, audit logging and observability for queries and LLM outputs.

Build retries, fallbacks, and monitoring pipelines; collaborate with frontend on realtime status and result formatting.

Must-have skills:


• Python or production experience


• Neo4j driver and Cypher query experience


• Experience orchestrating LLMs / tool-using agents (prompt engineering, retrieval pipelines)


• Hands-on experience with AI agent workflow frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI)


• Security/guardrail patterns, logging and monitoring (structured logs, traces, metrics) Nice-to-have Experience with GCP - GBQ or similar data platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, async task queues, vector DBs for retrieval, CI/CD and infra-as-code.
