Dreamcast - Senior Full Stack Developer - NestJS/Next.js

Description :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Nest.js (backend) and Next.js (frontend) to join our growing product engineering team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be working on cutting-edge web applications, contributing across the full software development lifecycle - from architecture and design to coding, deployment, and maintenance.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers to create scalable, robust, and maintainable applications.Key Responsibilities :- Architect and build scalable and maintainable server-side applications using Nest.js and Node.js.- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests.- Integrate with external systems, services, and databases (SQL & NoSQL).- Develop secure and robust authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, etc.).- Write modular, reusable, and well-documented code.- Build high-quality UI using Next.js, React, and modern frontend libraries.- Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and client-side rendering based on use cases.- Optimize pages for performance, SEO, and accessibility.- Work with TailwindCSS, Styled Components, or other CSS-in-JS solutions.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.- Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.- Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.- Maintain and improve development standards and best practices.Qualifications :Must-Have :- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.- Strong proficiency in Nest.js, Node.js, and Next.js.- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React ecosystem.- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.- Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows (e.g., Git Flow).- Understanding of security best practices in web development.- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
