Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with strong proficiency in , , NestJS, MongoDB, and Python.

You will play a key role in building scalable backend systems, developing modern web interfaces, and contributing to the architecture of microservices-based applications. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable backend services using , NestJS, and TypeScript.
  • Build dynamic and responsive web interfaces using or other modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
  • Develop and maintain backend services and scripts using Python.
  • Implement secure, high-performance APIs and microservices.
  • Work with MongoDB and other databases for data modeling and optimization.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy services using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Required Skills & Experience- 4–5 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency in:

  • , NestJS, TypeScript
  • , or similar frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
  • Python, for backend scripting and integrations
  • MongoDB, and familiarity with both NoSQL and relational databases
  • Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with Git, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative team workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data handling.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a personal portfolio of relevant work.
