The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing candidate documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR policies and practices.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with compliance and documentation as required.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Good attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Openness to learn new things and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Willing to work in Mysore.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Prior internship or experience in HR operations will be a plus but is not mandatory.
