We are hiring for the role of **Export Documentation Executive** for our Chemical manufacturing company in our Export Marketing team.

**Location**: Dombivli
**Qualification**: Any graduate
**Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience in Export documentations.
**Required Skills: Knowledge of DGFT is must.**

1) To manage international trade and export activities, ensuring all projects and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2) Co-ordination with DGFT for export certificate and licenses.
3)Arranges freight transport, negotiates freight rates and taxes, and reviews Bills of Lading.
to work with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders from around the world.
4) Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and customers in order to obtain more favorable rates and terms.
5) Research, develop, and manage export business plans, trade agreements and export strategies.
6) Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
7) Meet with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.
8) Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase export sales.
9) Provide guidance and support to other team members.
10) Planning trade activities; researching trade laws, customs requirements, and export restrictions; handling import-export documentation, budgeting, setting operational policies.
