Job 5-10 yrs.

- Strong working experience in large scale data migration and reconciliation.

- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation validation.

- Exceptional experience with MS SQL Server, XML data load and data profiling tools.

- Superannuation industry experience.

- Familiarity with data reconciliation techniques.

- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Abilities to work with tight timelines to meet fixed go-live data migration deadline.
