Description :Responsibilities :- Lead the End-to-end migration of data from legacy systems into Salesforce CRM: e.g., migrating from Siebel CRM ? Salesforce- Requirements gathering, data-profiling, mapping, transformation, staging load, validation, reconciliation.- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform: data model, objects, migration tools, integration patterns.- Proficiency in Oracle or similar RDBMS for writing basic SQL/PL-SQL queries.- Experience with ETL/data integration tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, Dell Boomi, or other middleware) in the context of migrations- Understanding of data migration best-practices: data profiling, deduplication, mapping, validation, reconciliation.- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams: system owners, business analysts, architects, developers, testers.- Consulting mindset- Provide documentation of migration approach, data mapping specs, load cycles, cut-over plan with rollback options, and support post-go-live (ref:hirist.tech)
