Description :- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Info Systems discipline.- Minimum of 6+ years of related work experience in an operational role and some project and/or change management experience.- Experience in a high-change, rapidly growing business is a plus.- Strong relationship building ; Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting.- Exceptional ability to gather, organize and evaluate any information or data needed as input from stakeholders and the development team to determine requirements and specifications.- CAN DO attitude ; Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, and priorities and complete objectives on time.- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.- Excellent problem-solving skills, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and excellent interpersonal skills.- Exposure to process development and change execution.- Ability to interact with all levels of business users across functional teams (endusers/executives).- Flexible to support in different time zones.Role & Responsibilities :- 6+ yrs of experience in NetSuite Implementation & Enhancement projects with thorough knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and architecture.- Experience in Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis with business users or stakeholders to understand, document, and validate their business processes, needs, and challenges.- Demonstrated experience in participating and translating customer business requirements into Business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.- Experience in translating business expectations into detailed functional requirements and specifications.- Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using Oracle NetSuite platform.- Conduct personalization sessions and document with meeting minute summaries.- Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customers business requirements.- Collaborate with technical team member(s) to help guide the development of customized solutions, or data extracts using SQL queries.- Identify test scenarios, establish test cases and support SIT, UAT with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met.- Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption.- Support the Go Live deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover Software-testing and Conduct testing of all kinds and prepare test cases of the modules implemented and developed.- Suggest process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices.- NetSuite Setups : i. Customer ii. Vendor iii. Item iv. Department v. Class vi. Locations- NetSuite Processes : i. Order to Cash ii. Procure to Pay iii. Bank Reconciliation iv. Accounting v. Advanced Revenue management vi. Fixed Asset vii. Intercompany Managementviii. Form Customizations & Fields Creation.ix.Custom Records.x. CSV Imports.xi. Work-Flows.- Saved Searches & Report Customization.- Integration process.- MappingTest and Deploy NetSuite customizations and new functionality based on changing business need.- Create functional Design document, User Manuals and Business Process documentation for all processes.- Experience in providing training to client and conducting UATs.
