Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller (Females) in Hyderabad for a full-time position at a junior level. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience. This role requires expertise in managing customer interactions and handling inquiries effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a telecalling or customer support role.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to efficiently manage customer data.
  • Product Knowledge is a must to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellence in Active Listening to adequately comprehend customer needs and queries. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong Effective Communication Skills to engage with clients and express information clearly.
  • Persuasive Speaking Skills to convincingly explain services and resolve customer objections.
  • Solid grasp of Objection Handling to maneuver through customer concerns adeptly. (Mandatory skill)
  • Data Entry Accuracy is crucial for maintaining detailed and error-free client records.
  • Time Management skills to handle multiple calls and tasks within prioritized timelines.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell company products and services.
  • Listen actively to customer requests and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with a focus on exceptional service standards.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with detailed call information and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the calling process and share effective practices.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by following up on leads and closing sales.
  • Provide product and service-related information with clarity and confidence to build customer trust.
  • Identify and document customer needs, preferences, and issues for process enhancements.
