Job Title: Low-Code Developer - 4–6 years of ExperienceLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Low Code Application Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain workflow-driven business applications on the Low-Code platform. You will translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions, implement integrations, and provide ongoing support for deployments and production environments.Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications and support services using low-code and traditional technologies. - Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical and process-driven solutions. - Design, code, test, and deploy new features within existing application frameworks. - Manage application releases, configuration changes, and ensure continuous integration and deployment. - Monitor and optimize application performance to maintain system reliability and security. - Handle multiple applications, maintaining both test and production environments. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, ensuring timely and high-quality issue closure. - Prepare and submit daily and weekly application health and performance reports to management.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4–6 years of hands-on IT development and application support experience. - Solid experience in web development using PHP, C#.Net, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, REST API, Angular, JQuery, and .Net Core. - Proven experience with No-Code/Low-Code development platforms for building and maintaining business applications. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles. - Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB, with the ability to write and optimize queries. - 2+ years’ domain experience in Capital Markets or Banking preferred. - Knowledge of CRM systems, Asset Management applications, and cloud-based technologies is an advantage. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a focus on delivering high-quality and on-time solutions.Preferred Attributes- Exposure to automation and workflow tools in Low-Code environments. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams to drive digital transformation initiatives. - Strong commitment to code quality, security compliance, and efficient software delivery practices.
