Job Title: Customer Support Executive

At Stepping EDGE, we are seeking a polite and professional customer support executive to join our team. This role involves providing outstanding service to our customers by offering documentation support, data entry, answering questions, and handling complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Preparation: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
    • Quality Control: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
      • Research and Development: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
        • Information Access: Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
          • Documentation Expertise: Good knowledge in documentation.
            • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Update and Maintain the CRM on a regular basis.
              • Technical Proficiency: Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
                • Professional Development: Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
                  • Adherence to Policy: Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
                    • Time Management and Decision Making: Strong time management and decision making skills.
                      • Personal Qualities: Adaptability and accountability.
