Role Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch leadership on loyalty/CRM activities, both strategically and in execution.
- Manage account financials, including budgets, revenue targets, billings, and timely collections.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and expanding client services.
- Innovate loyalty program features to align with client goals.
- Capture client requirements in detailed Business Requirements Documents.
- Conduct regular and thorough testing of client solutions to proactively identify gaps, areas of concern, or opportunities for enhancement, ensuring an optimal experience for both clients and their end customers.
- Liaise with clients, including senior management, and present progress updates.
- Develop case studies showcasing program success and impact.
- Track and improve program KPIs with strategic marketing/solution initiatives.
- Master Easyrewardz products, offering client training and support.
- Manage client projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Travel: Up to 50% (Local/International, depending on client needs).
Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience, with expertise in loyalty, CRM, or marketing strategy (preferably in Retail sector).
- Strong attention to detail with execution and operational excellence.
- Proven relationship-building skills with confidence and professional polish.
- Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Technology savvy and data-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (Native/Bilingual/Full Professional Proficiency).
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech/MBA.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in a relevant role.
