Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with strong expertise in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role serves as the key liaison between WMS functional teams and SAP technical teams/vendors, ensuring seamless integration, accurate requirement translation, and successful solution delivery across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bridge business processes with SAP technology to drive scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Requirements Gathering & Design- Collaborate with WMS business and functional teams to gather SAP-related processes and integration requirements. - Translate WMS needs into clear and actionable SAP technical/functional specifications. - Ensure solution designs align with business processes and integration standards.2. SAP Development Oversight- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to design and build solutions involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, IDocs, and APIs. - Oversee development activities to ensure alignment with WMS requirements and performance expectations. - Support SAP configuration and customizations required for WMS integration.3. Testing & Validation- Coordinate SAP-related testing phases including integration testing, regression testing, and UAT. - Lead defect management, issue resolution, and end-to-end validation of SAP–WMS interfaces.4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Act as the primary point of contact between WMS program teams and SAP stakeholders/vendors. - Collaborate with architects, SMEs, QA teams, and external partners to ensure cross-functional alignment.5. Governance & Compliance- Ensure all SAP enhancements and integrations comply with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies. - Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to change management and release processes.QualificationsEducation- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience- 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years focused on SAP integration within Supply Chain/WMS environments. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, IDocs, and API integrations. - Strong understanding of WMS processes and integration touchpoints (inbound, outbound, inventory, automation, financial interfaces). - Proven experience coordinating SAP and vendor-driven solution delivery.Skills- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP modules interacting with WMS (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO). - Ability to design end-to-end business process solutions. - Excellent problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and debugging skills. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business and IT stakeholders. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP implementation frameworks (Activate, ASAP).
