About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to support our Sales Manager in generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, via email, Linkedin and calls, and generating qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales within the IT services industry, with a strong understanding of international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in creating and managing and nurturing inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in international markets
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls and other platforms to initiate conversations
  • Conduct introductory calls to understand client requirements and pitch company offerings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and responses to client queries
  • Report and Track on lead generation, lead status, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes and outreach efforts
  • Support in organizing virtual demos, presentations, and client meetings

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or business development in the IT services industry
  • Proven experience in working with international clients (US, Europe, or other regions)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Self-driven with a result-oriented approach to lead conversion
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and outreach automation tools is a plus
