To spearhead our growth in this region, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Dubai office.

Job Summary:

Are you ready to drive business expansion and client acquisition efforts for VTS in Dubai? We're seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in technology sales and business development. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their technology needs, and presenting tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio of services. If you have sales experience in SAP, Microsoft, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, RPA, AI/ML, and ServiceNow domains, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and the Gulf market, aligning with VTS's service offerings.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position VTS as a preferred technology solutions partner.

- Have a strong client database & collaborate with the Inside Sales team to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies.

- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client requirements and presenting comprehensive solutions.

- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close deals to ensure sustainable revenue growth for VTS.

- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

- Represent VTS at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field (master's degree preferred).

- 4-5 years of experience in business development and technology sales in Dubai and the Gulf market.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP, Microsoft, Infrastructure, RPA, and ServiceNow solutions.

- Established network and strong connections with potential clients in the Gulf region.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.

- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

- Have a car & driving license, willingness to travel within the Dubai & other Gulf region as required.
