Job location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales/Inside Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through various digital channels, engaging potential clients over the phone, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.The ideal candidate preferably in a B2B environment , with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a self-driven attitude. Responsibilities: ● Identify and qualify potential leads through multiple digital channels. ● Pitch products & services over the phone and schedule appointments for the sales team. ● Develop and enhance brand presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms. ● Maintain accurate records of leads and their status for effective follow-ups. ● Send introduction emails to potential leads and follow up to nurture relationships. Qualifications: ● Minimum 2+ years of experience in pre-sales or inside sales (B2B sales experience is a plus). ● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build client relationships. ● Passion for sales and marketing, with a self-motivated and learning-driven approach. ● Good negotiation skills for collections & vendor management. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high level of attention to detail. ● Proficiency in daily documentation & reporting for seamless operations.
