The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing the company’s marketing strategies to promote automotive products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and external partners to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing, to promote automotive products and services.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements, to engage potential customers and communicate the brand’s value proposition.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s digital presence, including website optimization, social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO) to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Brand Building: Assist in enhancing the company’s brand presence in the automotive market by driving consistent messaging across all marketing channels and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with the target audience.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate qualified leads through marketing efforts, collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage promotional events, trade shows, product launches, and dealer engagements, ensuring maximum exposure and audience engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external partners such as advertising agencies, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for campaigns, ensuring cost-effective execution while maximizing return on investment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, market segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEM, SEO, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer preferences is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or additional certifications in digital marketing are preferred.
