Description : About the Role :- We are looking for skilled Automation QA Engineers with strong Salesforce testing experience to join our dynamic team in Pune.- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and Salesforce Clouds, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is reliable, scalable, and high-performing.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium within Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and eCommerce Cloud.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce solutions and workflows.- Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for validation and data management.- Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA processes and tools; collaborate with development teams for quick resolution.- Verify data integrity and perform data validation across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrated systems.- Test custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.- Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure QA best practices are followed.Required Skills & Experience :- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in QA and test automation.- Strong experience in Salesforce application testing (Sales, Service, Marketing, eCommerce Clouds).- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and automation frameworks.- Knowledge of Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench, and related Salesforce testing tools.- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps workflows (CI/CD).- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, configurations, and integrations.- Ability to identify process gaps, document test cases, and maintain high-quality test deliverables.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
