**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Business Development and Sales:** - Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in international markets. - Understand and adapt to the unique needs and challenges of international clients.


2. **Market Research:** - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors in target regions. - Attend international trade shows and events to promote the company's products/services.


3. **Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers. - Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.


4. **Sales Planning and Forecasting:** - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. - Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.


5. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for international audiences. - Collaborate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products/services.


6. **Training and Development:** - Attend training sessions to keep updated on product developments. - Train international distributors or agents on the company's products and services.


7.**Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Proven experience in international sales or a related field. - Strong understanding of different cultural business practices. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in multiple languages may be advantageous. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
