About the job :The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across CSM and ITSM modules.- Configure and customize Case Management, Tasks, Life Cycle Events, and Activities.- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and UI Builder.- Create and manage Service Catalogs, Order Guides, Record Producers, and advanced workflows.- Implement and support modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, Request, and Asset Management.- Build and maintain intuitive self-service portals and dashboards for CSM.- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.- Integrate and manage CMDB, Discovery, and Mid-Server configurations.- Leverage Performance Analytics to monitor and optimize system performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.- Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side applications using JSP, Servlets, and JDBC.Qualifications :- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.- Strong expertise in CSM and ITSM modules.- Proficient in UI Builder.- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, UI customization, and application development.- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management.- Experience with App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Java-based backend development.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
