About the Role

Profile: HR & Admin Executive

Experience:  6 Months- 1 year

Location: Full-time, On-site — Connaught Place, New Delhi

Salary:

You will be part of our HR & Admin team, supporting both people. Operations and administrative functions. The role involves handling employees grievances, recruitment, documentation, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Roles & Responsibilities

·         Handle employee grievance resolution with professionalism and empathy.

·         Manage the visa application & tickets processes for Directors and senior management.

·         Support end-to-end recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

·         Maintain employee attendance and HR documentation.

·         Assist in HR operations such as induction, employee engagement, and drafting HR letters/memos.

·         Perform administrative tasks like printing, scanning, filing, and coordinating office requirements.

·         Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth office operations.


Required Skillset

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit) .

·         Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labour laws.

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Problem-solving and organizational skills.

·         Ability to multitask and manage both HR and admin responsibilities effectively.
