  • We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Intern Recruiters to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting internal hiring requirements.
  • You will gain valuable experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates while developing an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in the Australian IT services and consulting market .

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
    • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
    • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess skills and fit.
    • Maintain candidate data in database.
    • Assist in building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline.
    • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles.
    • Support recruitment team with ad-hoc tasks such as market mapping and reporting.
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Curiosity to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of LinkedIn or job boards will be an advantage.
  • Qualifications
    • Graduate / Postgraduate students (any discipline).
    • Freshers with an interest in Recruitment are welcome to apply.
    • Prior exposure to recruitment (via internship or projects) will be preferred but is not mandatory.
