The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative communication solutions, which leverage CPaaS and AI technologies.Key Responsibilities :- Quality Assurance Leadership : Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring the highest quality standards for our CPaaS and AI-based communication solutions.- Test Planning and Execution : Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing products, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and functionalities.- Automation : Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage. Maintain and enhance existing automation suites.- Bug Tracking and Resolution : Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.- Performance Testing : Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure our solutions can handle high volumes of traffic and user interactions.- Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that QA processes are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.- Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in QA processes and methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality.- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning within the team.Qualifications :- Experience : Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.- Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies. - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Postman, k6, Grafana, JMeter, or similar.- Domain Knowledge : Experience in CPaaS, telecommunications, or related fields is highly desirable.- Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Tools : Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Why Join Us ?- Be a part of a leading CPaaS company in India, driving innovation in communication technologies.- Work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
