Senior Quality Assurance ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing efforts and drive quality excellence in our banking applications and systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy that ensures the highest level of quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Testing Strategy: Define and implement a testing approach that aligns with business objectives and ensures effective risk management.Oversight of Testing Tools and Frameworks: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.Test Automation Initiatives: Promote and lead test automation initiatives to reduce manual testing effort and improve overall quality.Defect Resolution: Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.Performance and Load Testing: Plan and oversee performance and load testing efforts to ensure our applications and systems can handle high volumes and stresses.Security Testing: Conduct security testing and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect sensitive data and maintain customer trust.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software testing with managerial responsibilities.Testing Methodologies and Tools: In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including functional, non-functional, and security testing.Test Automation: Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks to drive efficient and effective testing.
