Position Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales and business development activities for the West Delhi region.

- The ideal candidate will have experience working with channel partners, retail businesses, and strong relationships with architects, contractors, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth by expanding the company's market share in the West Delhi region.

- Identify new business opportunities with channel partners and retail clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, retailers, and distributors.

- Provide them with the necessary tools and support to drive sales and ensure targets are met.

- Establish long-term relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction and retail industry.

- Serve as the primary point of contact to address their needs and provide solutions.

- Analyze local market trends and competitors to identify areas of growth.

- Develop strategies to increase the company's presence in the region.

- Provide training and product knowledge support to channel partners and retailers to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and promote the company's products effectively.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.

- Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on working with channel partners, retailers, and in the construction industry.

- A Masters or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across multiple industries.

- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse groups of clients and partners.

- Strong ability to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to drive business growth.

- Familiarity with the West Delhi region and its market dynamics is an advantage.
