About Virgo Group

Virgo Group is a leading manufacturer specializing in decorative laminates and aluminum products. We are at a pivotal stage of growth and are seeking a visionary HR Head to build and lead our Human Resources function from the ground up. This role is critical in establishing a robust HR framework that will support our long-term success and drive organizational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


HR Department Setup & Leadership:

  • Establish and build the HR department, including recruitment of key HR team members.
  • Develop and implement an organizational structure that supports business growth and efficiency.


Policy Development & Implementation:

  • Design and roll out company-wide HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Create and standardize processes for employee onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits.


Organizational Development & Culture Building:

  • Develop strategies to enhance company culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Drive initiatives that foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.


Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Build a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels.
  • Establish workforce planning and succession planning processes to ensure future talent needs are met.


Performance & Change Management:

  • Implement a performance management system that aligns with company goals and employee development.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth integration of new HR processes and systems.


HR Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies related to HR operations and employee relations.


Qualifications & Experience :

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in setting up or transforming HR functions.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in policy development, organizational design, and HR operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.


Skills & Competencies :

  • Ability to design and implement HR systems and structures from scratch.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR technology and data analytics for decision-making.
