Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Tech Lead to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, Angular, and AWS. This is a permanent role offering a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, JavaScript, and Angular.

- Cloud Management: Leverage AWS services to deploy, monitor, and manage applications in a cloud environment.

- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to deliver projects on time and within scope.

- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.

- Agile Methodology: Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js, JavaScript, Angular, and AWS.

- Skills : Strong knowledge of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and modern web technologies.

- Education : A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Communication : Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

- Availability : Must be available to join immediately or within 30 days.
