About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong functional and analytical skills, hands-on experience in AI-driven enterprise solutions, and familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments. You will lead functional workshops, requirement discovery, and process mapping, driving cross-functional initiatives that apply AI and multi-agent frameworks to enhance business automation, conversational intelligence, and analytics-led decision-making. This role is ideal for professionals with strong business acumen and technical understanding, aiming to transition into Project Management.Key Responsibilities Lead requirement workshops and document functional specifications & user stories. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment. Support AI solution implementations across automation and analytics domains. Manage delivery using Agile Scrum, including sprint planning & backlog management. Coordinate with DevOps and engineering teams for deployment & validation. Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, test cases, and change logs. Support UAT and ensure business readiness for go-live.Skills & Qualifications 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT services. Strong understanding of AI-based solutions, APIs, and integration workflows. Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Proven ability to engage with customers and stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and maintaining alignment throughout delivery. Exposure to Azure AI services (AI Search, Cognitive Services, Cosmos DB) preferred.
