Job Title – Learning and Development

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Assesses learning needs through focus groups and communication with managers
  2. Understand the workforce and design learning initiatives as per their need
  3. Take alignment on designed learning initiatives from the senior stakeholders
  4. Works with subject matter experts and co-ordinates for creating learning modules (self- paced videos) customized to Impetus products and solutions
  5. Has working knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS or any other LMS and executes all learning initiatives on it
  6. Tracks and executes learning initiatives checks their progress and presents on periodic basis
  7. Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
  8. Conducts learning programs on soft skills as trainer
  9. Has knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development and seeks for it continuously
  10. Supports in other initiatives when needed


Skills needed:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong presentation skills.
  3. Have experience on MS Word, Excel and Power-point
  4. Adept with a variety of multimedia training tools and methods (wrt to virtual training mode)
  5. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  6. Ability to design and implement effective learning initiatives
