Job Title: Channel Sales Manager.
Location: Delhi, India.

- We're a team of ex-consultants, technology, and real estate operators with proven experience in building high-growth companies.
- Now in this journey, we want to build India's largest prop-tech company and are backed by India's top -VCs (Good Capital, Inuka Capital) and 30+ angels including unicorn/unicorn founders & CXOs from tech, finance, and real estate.

Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager with 5-8 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, driving sales growth through various channels, and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other real estate stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our real estate offerings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze channel performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and support channel initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for management.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing field.
- 5-8 years of experience in channel sales management, specifically within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through partnerships and channel management.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
