Marketing Senior Manager


Job Description:

- This position will be responsible for creating and implementing bespoke marketing strategies and approaches for some of biggest and most complex deals across EMEA and Growth Markets.

- This role includes acting as the MU Liaison for India which requires building relationships with sales leadership to support the prioritization of the pipeline. This person is the conduit for managed services pursuits . The ability to collaborate is critical to the success of this role.

Key Objectives:

- Increase marketing differentiation across the sales lifecycle (Stage 0 - 3b).

- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of deals

- Bring out the best of team members fostering a follow-the-sun collaborative environment.

- Increase differentiation and win rate for deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- This role has leadership responsibilities with direct reports and will sit on the GO Leadership Team due to cross market scope of role. Building and owning key executive relationships by demonstrating value of the team's capabilities and continuously improving upon them is non- negotiable.

- Lead deals as assigned driving innovation, industrialization and integration. This requires the creation and execution of a pursuit strategy and engagement plan collaborating across a variety of Marketing + Communications and Pursuit Services functions.

- Advise deal leadership on best practice practices for differentiation. Build relationships with client-facing deal teams, coaching them on best practice sales and marketing strategy, tactics and implementation, to improve client relationships and win rates.

- Own and advise on best practice strategies for site visits and managed services deals. Gain insight across the GO prioritized pipeline to managed services deals. Design materials and assets for re-use. Build relationships with Operations & Center leadership, including QA deals, as assigned, providing leadership and guidance to junior marketers.

- Serve as a member of the leadership team helping to shape people, process, tools and strategy for Managed Services pursuits globally

- Serve as People Lead for direct reports

- Lead with 'shared success' mindset and behaviors across full Pursuit & Reputation Marketing team and with key internal teams we collaborate with

- Lead special projects, identified to deepen and expand skills, tools, and approaches

- Act as market unit liaison to the India market unit sales and marketing leadership ensuring Coach and mentor mentality

- Assist in planning of investments and manage operational budget items.

- Ensure that all global marketing policies and procedures are followed.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Master's preferred

- 15+ years' experience in integrated marketing particularly client and opportunity centric marketing programs

- Proven experience leading high performing teams focused on innovation and client experience

- Must be agile and willing to jump in and execute deliverables when needed

- Overall program management skills, including excellent communication skills, are required to ensure production support and design activities are completed on time and on budget

- Ability to manage and coach executives

- Ability to be in office at multiple locations in Bangalore to support client visits is critical

- Fluent English, spoken and written is required

- Travel domestically and / or internationally, as needed on limited basis.
