What Will You Drive?
- GST Compliance & Filings: Oversee and ensure timely and accurate GST returns, reconciliations, and tax payments.
- Litigation & Representation: Handle GST assessments, appeals, audits, and litigation before tax authorities.
- Tax Advisory & Risk Management: Provide strategic indirect tax guidance on business transactions, contracts, and expansions.
- Process Automation & Optimization: Drive automation in GST compliance, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure seamless tax compliance and risk mitigation.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay ahead of tax law changes and proactively implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Who's the perfect fit?
- Qualified CA with relevant experience in indirect taxation, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in GST laws, compliance, and litigation.
- Experience in handling audits, assessments, and tax structuring.
- Ability to work with large data sets, reconciliations, and tax technology tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
