(Hindi is a bonus) - Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience. - Comfortable with Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram. - Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, and e-commerce operations is a bonus. - Ability to listen, de-escalate, and solve customer problems. - Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Handling customer queries across Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media channels. - Being knowledgeable and assisting customers across their purchase journey. - Coordinating with internal and external teams(Logistics providers) to close customer issues. - Meeting established customer service KPIs, metrics, and goals - Assisting in training junior team members in the futureNote: This is a full-time, on-site role. Part-timers or students may not be suitable.
