The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience inAPI testing ,automation frameworks ,Cypress , andUI testing . You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing strategies, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and executetest plansandtest casesfor web and API applications. Performmanual and automated testingto ensure high-quality product releases. ConductAPI testingusing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent. Develop and maintainautomated test scriptsusingCypress(mandatory). PerformUI testingto validate functionality, usability, and responsiveness. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to identify and resolve issues. Participate inregression testing ,smoke testing , andintegration testing . Maintain cleardocumentationof test cases, defects, and test results. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.Mandatory Skills API Testing(hands-on experience with REST APIs and validation techniques) Automation Testing(strong scripting and framework knowledge) Cypress(expertise in building and maintaining automation test suites) UI Testing(experience validating web interfaces for functionality and consistency)Desired Skills and Qualifications BE/BTechin Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 3–5 yearsof experience in software testing with a focus on automation and APIs. Experience withJavaScript/TypeScriptor similar scripting languages. Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand test integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Stronganalytical, debugging, and problem-solvingskills. Excellentcommunication and documentationabilities.
