Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 5-8 branch sales representatives, providing coaching, motivation, and performance development.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed cluster sales targets for Mortgage and LAP products.

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.

- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.

- Process loan applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all regulations.

- Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.

- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) norms and loan approval processes.

- Manage and maintain expense budgets for the cluster.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote Mortgage and LAP products within the Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales or a related field, preferably within the microfinance sector.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent growth.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Mortgage and LAP products, including property documents, loan eligibility criteria, and interest rates (minimum ROI of 22%).

- Strong understanding of microfinance regulations and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Prior experience managing a team of sales representatives (a plus).

- Stable work history without frequent job changes
