Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 58 branch sales representatives, providing coaching, motivation, and performance development.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed cluster sales targets for Mortgage and LAP products.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Process loan applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) norms and loan approval processes.
  • Manage and maintain expense budgets for the cluster.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote Mortgage and LAP products within the Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales or a related field, preferably within the microfinance sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent growth.
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of Mortgage and LAP products, including property documents, loan eligibility criteria, and interest rates (minimum ROI of 22%).
  • Strong understanding of microfinance regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a highperforming team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience managing a team of sales representatives (a plus).
  • Stable work history without frequent job changes
