Drive MLOps Excellence:Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models on GCP, utilizing best practices in MLOps with tools like MLflow and Docker. Own End-to-End AI Solutions:Contribute to the full product lifecycle – from ideation and rapid prototyping to deployment and continuous improvement. Collaborate for Innovation:Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate ambitious ideas into market-leading AI solutions. Pioneer with Emerging Tech:Stay at the forefront of LLM, conversational AI, and MLOps advancements, integrating novel techniques to keep us ahead.What You Bring (Key Qualifications) ✨ Experienced Software Engineer:You have 2+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend/ML development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale. Expert-level Python skills and experience SQL. 1+ yearsof professional ML engineering experience, building production systems. LLM & AI Proficiency:A strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows. Hands-on experience with tools like Langchain/LangGraph is highly valuable. Cloud & DevOps Native:Familiarity and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred).
