Its mission is to develop technologies that can seamlessly assist individuals and enterprises in decision-making, creativity, and automation.The company operates at the intersection of machine learning, large language models, and cognitive computing, creating scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity and unlock new forms of human–machine collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Leadend-to-end AI/ML solutioning— fromproblem framinganddata preparationtomodel development, deployment, and monitoring. Partner withbusiness and product teamsto identify high-impactAI/ML use caseswithinFinancial Services (BFSI, Fintech, Payments, Wealth Management). Build and productionizescalable ML models and pipelinesusingPython ,Scikit-learn ,TensorFlow , orPyTorch. Drivefeature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimizationaligned to business KPIs. Deploy ML solutions oncloud platforms(AWS / Azure / GCP) usingMLOps frameworksand CI/CD best practices. Collaborate withdata engineering teamsto ensure high-quality, reliable datasets. Translate technical insights intobusiness-friendly narrativesand present findings toCXOs and senior stakeholders. Mentor and guidejunior data scientists and ML engineers , fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Stay ahead of emerging trends inGenerative AI ,LLMs , andAgentic AI , and evaluate their applicability to business problems.Experience and Qualifications Required:4–7 yearsof overall experience with3+ yearsinapplied Machine Learning. Proven track record in deliveringAI/ML projectswith measurable business outcomes. Strong proficiency inPythonand key ML libraries ( Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch ). Hands-on experience deploying models onAWS ,Azure , orGCP. Familiarity withdata pipelines ,APIs , andcloud-native architectures. Exposure to BFSI use cases such ascredit risk modeling, fraud detection, churn prediction, customer segmentation , ormarketing analytics. Strong foundation instatistics, probability, and linear algebra. Excellentcommunication, presentation, and stakeholder managementskills. Educational background inEngineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics , or related fields (MBA or Master’s in Data Science preferred). Curiosity forAI innovation , experimentation, and emerging technologies.
