About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and technical experts to ensure that our solutions are aligned with business goals and technical requirements. Your deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to innovate will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Architect end-to-end solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, understand objectives, and define technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend the best technologies, frameworks, and platforms based on the project’s needs and budget.
  • Ensure seamless integration of systems, applications, and services to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams during the solution implementation, offering technical guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, design documents, and other technical documentation to ensure clarity and traceability of design decisions.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure solution delivery is smooth and secure.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and designing cloud-based solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in system integration , microservices architecture , API design , and DevOps practices .
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript , and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases .
  • Strong understanding of security best practices , scalability , and performance tuning .
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities while delivering high-quality solutions.
