Cloud Architect

Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Design:

- Architect scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure, considering factors like performance, cost, and security.

Migration Planning:

- Optimize existing cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.

Security Implementation:

- Implement security best practices and compliance measures for cloud environments.
- Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

Integration and Interoperability:

- Integrate cloud services with existing systems and third-party services.
- Ensure interoperability and seamless data flow between different cloud services.

Cost Management:

- Optimize cloud usage to control costs and maximize ROI.
- Implement cost monitoring and reporting mechanisms.

Performance Optimization:

- Tune and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and scalability.
- Implement auto-scaling and load balancing strategies.

Disaster Recovery and Backup:

- Develop and implement robust disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Ensure data resilience and business continuity in the cloud environment.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Expertise in cloud architecture design principles, best practices, and patterns.

Strong understanding of networking, security, and storage principles in cloud environments.

Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications:
Possession of relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, is often preferred.

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures.

Understanding of machine learning and AI technologies in the cloud.

Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in the industry.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
