Position Title –Area Service ManagerLocation –Calicut (Will be accountable for North Kerala)Total Experience - 8 to 16 YearsQualification – Minimum BE /B Tech (BE /B Tech should be full time is compulsory & Diploma & Distance learning will be not considered)Reporting to Regional Service ManagerDirect Reporting - Yes (Approx-8 to 10 On Roll & Off Roll employees)Languages Known- English, Malayalam (Compulsory)Industry- Consumer Durable /FMCD (Preferably from small appliances)Key Responsibilities: -ASC Monthly warranty payment monitoring and submission to HO & Commercial.Periodic visits to Service partners for Audit of process adherence, Education on process changes, new product information, etc.Management of customer issues and provide timely responses to customer feedback.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Third parties.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Direct Interaction with customers.Manpower availability as per workload and allocation the resources for an effective service delivery.Expanding Service channel as per sales plan & and executing process to ensure services rendered conform to company policy and standards.Proactively monitor and maintain optimum inventory level and distribution of spare parts.Improve service channel staff’s technical & and customer handling skills through continuous education.Competencies: - Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsHigh tolerance/evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situationsExcellent relationship skillsSuperior verbal, written, facility, and presentation skills.Collaboration and team leadership abilitiesEffective time management skillsRemarks- A) Looking for a stable candidate (Frequent Job Changes will not be considered)B) Looking for candidates from Calicut or ready to relocate to CalicutC) Team Handling experience is a mustD) Exposure to handling Authorized Service Center is compulsoryE) Exposure to handling high volume is compulsoryF) Working knowledge of Excel and SAP is an added advantageG) Travelling for 10 to 12 Days in Month.
