As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our HRMS SaaS products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions that drive efficiency and value for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Development: Assist in defining the product vision and strategy, keeping abreast of HRMS trends and market demands. Contribute to the product roadmap with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and the development team to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle.
  • User Experience and Testing: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure product designs meet user needs and enhance user satisfaction. Oversee the creation of prototypes, conduct user testing, and incorporate feedback into product iterations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance against goals, and identify opportunities for product optimization.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, specifically with SaaS products. Experience in the HRMS domain is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A user-centric mindset with experience in UX/UI principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
