Role Overview:

The Design and Content Specialist will be responsible for developing compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing our customer communication, creating engaging content for various digital platforms, and supporting our campaign management services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website.
  • Visual Design: Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual content to support our marketing and communication efforts.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with WhatsApp campaign objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and designs adhere to WhatZap’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand content needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of content and campaigns, using analytics tools to gain insights and optimize future content strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content creation and graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
  • Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, error-free content tailored to different audiences.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and design principles.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content for search engines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
