We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Computer Vision and Use Case teams. You'll guide both the tech and the people. You'll help us build AI that works in the real world - fast, accurate, and reliable. You'll also help your team grow and deliver their best work.

What You'll Do :

Lead the Tech :

- Oversee computer vision projects, from model development to deployment.

- Ensure our AI models work well in the real world-accurate, fast, and scalable.

- Use tools like FFmpeg, GStreamer, and RTSP for video processing.

- Optimize models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Guide MLOps pipelines to deploy and monitor models in production.

- Explore reinforcement learning and automation to push our tech further.

Lead the Team :

- Mentor and guide a team of engineers and use case specialists.

- Help each team member grow and do their best work.

- Hire and build a strong, diverse team.

- Balance workloads and make sure everyone has what they need to succeed.

Deliver Projects :

- Plan project roadmaps and set clear milestones.

- Keep projects on track-on time and within scope.

- Set clear KPIs and measure success.

- Make sure the tech aligns with what our clients need.

Communicate Clearly :

- Be the main link between tech teams and business stakeholders.

- Explain complex tech concepts in simple terms.

- Share progress, challenges, and successes with leadership and clients.

- Work with external partners when needed.

What We're Looking For :

- 7+ years of experience in Computer Vision or related fields.

- 3+ years leading teams and projects.

- Proven track record of building and deploying computer vision solutions.

- Strong understanding of MLOps and deployment pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with video processing tools like FFmpeg and GStreamer.

- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Solid leadership and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Experience with reinforcement learning and automation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Agile development experience.

- Published research is a plus.
