We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Product Manager – Generative AI (GenAI) to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions. As a Product Manager specializing in GenAI, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative AI-powered products that leverage cutting-edge generative models to solve real-world business problems. This role requires a strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, product management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions at scale.

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision and long-term strategy for GenAI-driven products and features. Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs to build a compelling product roadmap.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and launch—ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Generative AI Expertise: Stay ahead of advancements in Generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, transformers, and multimodal AI. Translate technical possibilities into user-centric solutions that provide tangible business value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, AI researchers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and scalable product features.
• User-Centered Design: Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct user research, and work with UX teams to ensure the AI solutions deliver superior usability, personalization, and customer satisfaction.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Manage product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment. Ensure efficient resource allocation and goal alignment across teams.
• Performance Tracking: Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and iterate on solutions based on data-driven insights. Continuously refine product features for higher adoption, engagement, and ROI.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI-driven solutions adhere to responsible AI principles, ethical guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards to maintain transparency, fairness, and security.

• Experience: 5–9 years of proven product management experience, with at least 2–3 years in AI, ML, or data-driven product roles. Previous experience in launching AI/ML-powered products is highly preferred.
• Generative AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.), transformer-based models, diffusion models, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Product Management Skills: Demonstrated success in leading product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to work closely with engineering and AI research teams, with a solid grasp of APIs, AI model training, deployment, and scaling. While coding is not required, technical fluency is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with experience in product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
• Adaptability: Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments with a startup mindset and a can-do attitude.
