JOB Title : Tech Lead

Experience : 5-8 yrs

5 days work from office

Work Location : Kormangla- Bangalore, Madhapur- Hyderabad

Shift : 11-8pm

Skills : Java - Full stack + AWS Cloud (We are looking for a strong fullstack candidate with Aws experience)

Below is the mandate skillset : (Angular or React), Java, Spring/Springboot, OOPS, Microservices, AWS.

Technical Skills Needed : Must Have

Front End : Angular, React, Spring framework

Back End : Strong Core Java, Object Oriented Programming concepts, at least Java 17 and above, Springboot, microservices, Docker

- Relational DBs, PLSQL, RDS

- CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Gradle

- AWS

Technical Skills Needed : Nice to Have

- Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenShift

- Splunk, Dynatrace

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills

- Willing to work from office 5 days a week

- Location should be in Hyderabad and Bengaluru

- Willing to support overlapping US hours (at least till 8pm IST)

Responsibility :

- Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8.

- Develop high-quality and detailed designs.

- Write clean, testable code and perform unit testing using JUnit.

- Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) with tools like Jenkins, Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to lead a small team.

- Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.

- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.

- Ability to interact with customer and understand the requirement.
