Launzr is a rapidly growing digital and compliance solutions company. We are looking for a skilled and target-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in selling website development services and ROC compliance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve the monthly sales target of ₹1.2 lakhs through consistent lead generation and conversions.Pitch and sell Website Development, ROC Compliance Services, and other digital products.Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing → follow-up.Conduct client meetings, product demos, and requirement discussions.Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.Maintain accurate sales data and update CRM tools regularly.Submit weekly sales performance and pipeline reports.SalarySalary: ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives (10% of every sales Monthly Sales Target: ₹1.2 Lakhs (full salary only paid after achieving targets, otherwise adjusted salary will be given)RequirementsMinimum 3 years of proven sales experience in digital services, IT services, or compliance service sales.Strong track record in selling website development and ROC compliance solutions.Excellent customer pitching, communication, and conversion capabilities.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in previous roles.Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.Compensation₹50,000/month fixed (payable in full only upon meeting the target).10% incentive on every sale.Additional bonuses may be offered based on exceptional performance.
