As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with Z47 and DeVC Partners to help run DeVC’s operations, drive strategic initiatives, and - most importantly - engage and grow our community of angel and co-investors.Think of it as a front-row seat to the next generation of Indian startups. You’ll help shape how early-stage investing is done in India, partner with remarkable founders, and learn how funds are built and scaled.This role is ideal for someone who’s entrepreneurial, deeply curious, and energized by people and systems - someone who wants to learn the inner workings of venture capital and eventually chart their own path as an investor, operator, or founder.Key Responsibilities1. Build and Nurture the DeVC Community- Be the bridge between DeVC and its network of angels and co-investors. - Design and lead initiatives that keep the community informed, engaged, and excited - from curated deal discussions to exclusive investor sessions. - Create systems for knowledge sharing, relationship mapping, and collaboration across our investor base. - Amplify DeVC’s presence across the ecosystem through thoughtful communication, partnerships, and events.2. Support Fund operations- Partner with founders through the investment lifecycle - diligence, deal closure, and post-investment engagement. - Streamline internal fund operations and ensure alignment across investment priorities, partners, and portfolio needs. - Help manage fund-level communication, reporting, and stakeholder updates.3.
