Role Description Pidge is seeking a full-time General Manager Marketing for an on-site role located in Gurugram. This role involves leading marketing strategy and execution to accelerate business growth and enhance customer acquisition. Responsibilities include market planning, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing and leading the marketing team, and ensuring integrated sales and marketing efforts align with corporate objectives. General Manager – Marketing (Brand, Content & Partnerships) Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 8–12+ years We’re looking for a strategic and creative marketing leader to build and scale our brand, lead content & design, and drive high-impact partnerships.The General Manager Marketing will play a vital role in driving branding, visibility, and overall marketing success for the organization. What You’ll Do: Own brand vision, positioning & storytelling. Lead content strategy across campaigns, videos, social & product stories. Drive brand partnerships, influencer collaborations & co-marketing. Oversee creative & design output across all channels. Lead integrated brand campaigns and major product launches. Manage and mentor brand, content & design teams. Track brand health, campaign performance & creative effectiveness. What We’re Looking For: 8–12+ yrs in brand/marketing/creative leadership. Strong experience building and scaling consumer-facing brands. Expertise in storytelling, campaigns, partnerships & design direction. Strong understanding of digital, social & content ecosystems. Excellent leadership, communication & creative thinking. Preferred: Experience in logistics, tech, D2C, retail, lifestyle, media or FMCG; experience managing agencies, influencers & creative production.
