Responsibilities:

# Develop a new external provider per project requirements.

# Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.

# Float RFQ to a registered external provider.

# Comparing RFQ, negotiation, and placing of PO to lower one external provider.

# Follow up with an external provider regarding materials readiness and delivery schedule.

# Deliver daily/weekly/monthly purchase order reports to the manager that indicate the external provider invoice number for all closed purchase orders.

# Work with the project team to ensure all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products.

# Assist the Supply chain executive with the timely delivery of goods at the sites.

# Establish reliable lines of contact with the team to ensure that all field purchase orders are accurate.


Qualifications:

  • B.Tech Electrical
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Prior experience of working with EPC companies is must.
